Chicken Tikka

Ingredients

250-300 gms chicken breast
3 tbsp thick yogurt
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp chilly powder
1 1/2 tsp chaat masala(optional)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
a little drop of red/orange food color
2 tsp butter
salt to taste

Method

1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except chicken and check for salt and spicy
3. add chicken pieces and marinate for atleast 1 hour(can keep outside) or for overnight(in refrigerator)
4. Preheat oven 375 degress for 5-10 mins
5. In a bamboo skewer punch in the chicken pieces one by one with little space
6. place a metal rack in top shelf with aluminium foil placed in lower shelf(to collect drippings)
7. place chicken pieces on the metal rack and cook for 20 mins with a flip flop once in 5 mins
8. remove and serve with onion and lemon
