Bread Cutlet

Ingredients

1/4 cup green peas
1 carrot
1/4 cup beans
2 tbsp grated beetroot
4 White Bread Slices
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1 onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp oil
1/4 cup milk

Method
1. Cook vegetables with very little salt
2. In a skillet, add oil, when its hot add onion and fry till light brown
3. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry till aroma leaves
4. add cooked vegetables with chilly powder, garam masala and chaat masala
5. Switch off the flame. Check for taste
6. Soak one side of bread slice in milk and squeeze through the other side to remove excess milk
7. mix with the prepared vegetable masala
8. Make it into pattie and shallow fry with little oil on both sides until dark brown
9. Serve hot with ketchup
