Ingredients
1 cup Basmathi rice
1/2 of each green,red and yellow bellpepper
1 onion, chopped lengthwise
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp grated coconut
salt to taste
oil 3 tbsp
cinnamon 1"
cloves 2
Masala powder
coriander seed 2 tsp
cumin seed 1 tsp
urad dal 1 1/2 tsp
channa dal 2 tsp
red chilly 3-4
oil to fry
Method
1. Cook basmathi rice with cinnamon and cloves in rice cooker
2. in a skillet fry the ingredients for masala powder
3. grind the fried ingredients into powder
4. In a large skillet, heat oil, add onion, ginger garlic paste.
5. Now add the lengthwise thinly chopped capsicum and little salt
6. mix well and add the powder masala into it
7. Fry well till the water that comes out of capsicum leaves it
8. now add the cooked rice and mix well
9. add chopped coriander leaves and mix well
10. serve with raitha/curry
