Ingredients
1/3 cup Badam
3 cup milk
2 cardamom
3-4 strands saffron
1/2 cup to 3/4 cups sugar
Method
1. Soak badam in water overnight or 6-8 hrs
2. grind it with half cup milk into smooth paste
3. boil remaining milk to reduce into 3/4
4. Add the paste and sugar and mix well
5. keep stirring occassionally so that no lumps are formed
6. Add saffron and elaichi keep cooking till it forms into little thick pourable consistency
7. Serve hot or chilled
