Bread Roll/Bonda


Ingredients
6 White Bread Slices
2/3 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Sugar
2 carrot
2 potato,medium size
1/4 cup Green Beans
1/3 cup Green peas
1 medium sized onion
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala Powder
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Method

1. Cut vegetables into pieces and boil with little salt
2. Mash the cooked vegetables coarsely
3. Cut onions finely
4. In a skillet with 2 tsp oil, add onion, ginger garlic paste and fry well
5. Add the chilly powder,garam masala powder, mashed vegetables
6. Check for salt and spice(add any if needed more)
7. When about to switch off the flame, add Chaat masala powder and mix well and switch off flame
8. Heat oil for frying in a deep frying pan
9. Cut the edges of the bread
10. mix milk and sugar
11. Soak one side of bread and immediately press with palm so the other side too will get wet and squeeze out the milk completely
12. Place in some filling in the bread and either roll it or make as a sphere.
13. deep fry and serve with ketchup/ sweet chutney
