Egg Fried Rice


Ingredients

1 cup cooked Basmathi rice
4 eggs
1 yellow onion
1 tomato, big
1/2 cup mixed vegetables
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chillies
1 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
2 strands curry leaf
2 tbsp oil
Whole Masalas
1 Bayleaf
1" cinnamon stick
1 javentry
1 cloves

Method
1. In a large skillet, add oil, splutter whole masalas
2. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, slit green chillies and fry till nice aroma arises
3. Add tomato, curry leaves, mixed vegetables and fry well let it cook
4. Add eggs, salt and pepper powder and mix well and let the eggs boil completely
5. once its cooked, check for salt and spice and add the cooked basmathi rice and mix well
6. Serve with raitha/ curry.
