Vegetable Cutlet

Ingredients

1 potato
1 cup Mixed vegetable(carrot, beans,corn)
1/2 cup green peas
1/4 cup cabbage
1/2 onion
2 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp chat masala powder(optional)
salt to taste
2 egg whites
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tbsp spring onion

Method

1. boil the vegetables
2. grind coarsely
3. add chilly powder, chaat masala powder, salt,spring onion, onion
4. check for taste
5. make patties with the dough, dip in egg white, roll in bread crumbs and with little oil shallow fry till both sides are golden brown
6. serve with ketchup
