Olan

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup White pumpkin, cut into pieces
1/2 cup thick coconut milk(or canned)
salt to taste
3-4 green chillies
1 tbsp red beans(karamani)
1 1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp mustard seed
1/4 tsp urad dal
1 string curry leaf

Method

1. Boil redbeans
2. Boil pumpkin, with coconut milk,green chilly and salt
3. add little water, till the vegetable soak
4. cook pumpkin
5. Heat a skillet, add coconut oil, splutter mustard urad dal and curry leaves
6. Add the pumpkin with coconut milk and beans.
7. Check for salt and spicy and let it boil for 2-3 mins. switch off the flame
