Thepla(Bottle Gourd/lauki)

Ingredients
1 cup grated and squeezed lauki/bottle gourd
2 cups wheat flour
salt to taste
1 tsp sesame seed
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
6-7 green chilly crushed into paste
1/4 cup chopped corriander leaves
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp oil/butter

Method

1. In a big bowl, add all ingredients anf form into a smooth ball.
2. Do not add water,since lauki/bottle gourd is watery.
3. If needed add very little water to make the dough.
4. With a rolling pin, roll into chapathi
5. Heat a skillet and with oil toss on both sides until golden brown
6. remove from skillet and apply butter throughout for wonderful taste and softness.
