Pasta with Tomato & Springonion

Ingredients

2 cups pasta
5-6 strands spring onion,chopped finely
3 tbsp tomato paste
3-4 garlic pods
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup Mozarella Cheese

Method

1. Boil pasta as instructed in the packet
2. In a large skillet, add olive oil, add garlic pods
3. Add the chopped spring onion(both white & green parts)
4. Add tomato paste, then add cooked pasta.
5. Combine all well.
6. finally when switched off the stove, add in cheese on top of the pasta
7. serve as of its melted.
