Tomato sweet pachadi

Ingredients

5 tomatoes
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
4 dates
6 cashew, broken into pieces
1 tbsp raisins

Method

1. Cut tomatoes into pieces
2. In a skillet, add tomatoes, sugar and cook
3. melt the sugar, and cook tomato in the sugar syrup. add chopped dates before switching off
4. it should be like sugar cooked tomatoes and cooked soft
5. fry cashew and raisins and add to the tomatoes
6. now tomato sweet pachadi is ready
7. it goes well with biryani/fried rice
