Spinach Pakoda

Ingredients

1 cup spinach
1/2 cup besan flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste(optional)
1/2 tsp cumin seed
1 green chilly, chopped
1 strand corriander leaves(optional)
1 tsp hot oil
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method

1. Mix all the ingredients without water
2. the water content in the spinach is enough for this to mix
3. if not sufficient add little water in drops and mix
4. in a skillet, heat oil and make pakodas
5. serve hot.
