Pani puri

Ingredients
20 Puri
Pani Ingredients
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp corriander powder
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chaat masala powder
1 green chilly
7-8 mint leaves
2 strands corriander leaves
1" ginger piece
1 tsp grated jaggery(optional)
tamarind gooseberry size
salt to taste

Filling Ingredients

1/2 cup peas
1/4 of onion
1/16 tsp red chilly powder

Method
Pani Preparation
1. Grind all pani ingredients together, except chaat masala powder in a blender.
2. squeeze out through a seive, add enough water and add chaat masala powder
3. garnish with corriander leaves . and refrigerate until ready to serve

Filling Preparation
1. Boil peas with little salt
2. mash it and add chopped onion and red chilly powder and mix well

Arrangements
1. make hole in center of puri
2. place filling inside
3. place pani in a cup, and serve
4. dip the filled puri in the pani and eat with pani .
