Chaat- Poori

Ingredients

12 tsp rava/sooji
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp godhumai flour/wheat flour
3/4 tsp rice flour
pinch of baking powder
salt to taste
few drops of oil

Method

1. mix all the ingredients into a soft dough by adding water little by little.
2. dough should be soft to roll into puris
3. cover the dough with wet tissue/damp cloth and leave for 30 mins
4. roll into a big chapathi, and cut into round shape with cutter
5. in the mean time heat oil in skillet for frying
6. leave puris in the hot oil to puff up
7. now can be served as any chaat like masala puri,panipuri and so on.
