Sabudana Vadai

Ingredients

1/2 cup sabudana/saga/javarisi
1 big potato
1-2 green chillies
handful of corriander leaves, chopped
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method

1. Soak sabudana for 4-5 hrs
2. Boil potato
3. mix boiled potato, soaked sabudana, corriander leaves,salt, green chilly and mix well
4. no need to add water, since both potato and sabudana has water content
5. heat oil in a skillet and fry these into vadas.
