Dosai/Idli

Ingredients

1 cup idli rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1 tsp fenugreek seed

Method

1. Soak seperately both rice and urad dal overnight or atlest 4-5 hours
2. put fenugreek seeds along with urad dal
3. grind each seperately and mix with each other with salt
4. Leave it to ferment. It will take 6-7 hrs depending upon the climate
5. once it is fermented, it will double in amount
6. make idli/dosa and serve with chutney/sambhar/podi
