Ingredients
1 cup idli/dosa batter
1/4 cup rava/sooji
3 tbsp shredded/grated coconut
2 green chillies
2-3 strands corriander leaves
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp channa dal
1/2 onion, chopped finely
Method
1. Prepare batter with smoothly pourable consistency
2. Mix in rava,coconut,chilly,corriander leaves
3. Temper mustard, urad dal and channa dal and fry onion and mix in the batter
4. check for consistency, salt and spicy
5. In a paniyaram making skillet, pour batter and make paniyaram
