Godhumai Dosai

Ingredients

1 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup rice flour
salt to taste
1 onion finely chopped
1 green chilly, chopped or 1/2 tsp whole/crushed pepper
1 tsp ginger, grated
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp crushed curry leaf
oil for tempering
1/4 tsp mustard
1/8 tsp urad dal
3 1/2 cup water, little more or less

Method

1.Mix rice flour, wheat flour and salt together with water, to batter consistency
2. Add green chilly/pepper, cumin seeds, ginger
3. check for salt and cover and set aside the batter for 30 mins
4. when about to make dosa, in a skillet heat oil,splutter mustard, urad dal
5. Add chopped onion, curry leaf and fry well
6. Mix it with the prepared batter and make dosa.
7. Serve with sambhar/ chutney/idli podi
