Ingredients
1 cup rice flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 cup +1/8 cup to 1/2 cup sugar
2 cardamom, crushed
15 roasted cashew, broken into pieces
1/4 tsp salt mixed in 9 tbsp water
Method
1. In a bowl, take rice flour
2. Add salted water by adding 1 tbsp at a time and mixing
3. the flour should be crumble not like dough
4. in a idly cooker lay a cloth and spread the flour above and cook for 8 mins
5. remove and add coconut and sugar and mix well
6. add cardamom and cashew and serve
