Ingredients
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup wheat flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup nuts(walnut,cashew)
1 cup apple, finely chopped
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. In a bowl mix flours,sugar,baking soda and salt and mix well and set aside
2. In another bowl beat eggs with hand blender/wooden spatula to be foamy and light
3. add in oil, vanilla extract and mix well
4. now add flour sugar mixture and mix with spatula until it gets completely mixed in
5. add in chopped apples and nuts and mix well
6. Preheat oven to 350 d and grease 8" pan with cooking oil spray
7. pour the prepared cake batter into the prepared tin and bake for 25 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean
8. remove from tin after 10 mins and cool it down completely and serve
