Sev / Ommapodi

Ingredients

3/4 cup Besan Flour
1/2 cup Rice Flour
2 tsp red chilli powder(adjust)
3/4 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp ghee
salt to taste
oil for frying

Method
1. Prepare dough by mixing besan ,rice flour, salt, cumin, chilli powder and ghee
2. Add water little by little and form a soft batter(do not add too much water)
3. Heat oil in kadai for frying.
4. Put the dough in a murukku press/chatram/janthikalu with small holes seive and make sev
