Lemony Chicken Soup

Ingredients

1 chicken breast
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
2 tbsp carrot cubed
2 tbsp peas
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp(1/2 of) lemon
1 egg
2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp pepper powderor to taste)
2 tbsp celery
2 tbsp pasta(penne rigata or any )

Method

1. Boil 1 cup water with chicken for 30 mins- 60 mins for broth, and cool down completely
2. add olive oil to a skillet, add chopped onion, celery, peas, carrot and saute for a while with little salt(only for vegetables)
3. add chicken and 2 cups chicken broth and stir well
4. Beat egg and add the cooled broth along with lemon
5. once the vegetables & pasta is cooked, add the egg mix slowly with stirring continuously
6. reduce flame to low medium and cook for 3-4 mins( do not let it to be boiled).
7. Check for salt( since the store bought chicken broth contains salt in it)
8. Check for lemon taste, if want to be more lemony taste add 1 tbsp at a time and check
9. Add pepper powder and switch off flame
10. Serve hot
