Samosa

This recipe is from
Chachi's Kitchen: Chicken Samosa
Ingredients :
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
cold water
1/4 cp oil mixed with 1 tbsp all purpose flour(to spread on pastry)

Method:
1.Add salt and oil to the flour and mix to a crumble state, add enough cold water and knead into chapathi like dough
2. divide the dough into eqal pieces and roll into circles as we do for chapathis
3. spread oil and flour mixture over the top of one chapathi and place the second one on top, pile ntil seven chapathis like this
4. roll the pile again carefully, use extra flour for dusting while rolling if necessary
5. place the pile in a medium hot skillet, cook for about 20 secs 1 side lightly and then turn the whole pile and do this the other side of the pile
6. now remove the top and turn back again, and remove the top. follow this for total 7 chapathi's .
7. now prepare the stuffing and place in each chapathi and fold as for samosa and fry in hot oil.
