Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1 chicken breast
2 tbsp cubed carrot
2 tbsp celery
2 tbsp onion finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Scallion/spring onion/vengaya thaal(green part)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp noodles(maggie or any)
salt as needed

Method

1. Boil chicken with 1 cup water for nearly 60 mins, and shred the chicken
2. In a skillet, add oil,when its hot add onion, carrot, celery little salt and cook with little water
3. now add the cooked chicken along with the broth and pepper powder
4. Add the noodles, cover and cook till noodles is cooked in low medium heat
5. check for salt and pepper and add scallion
6. serve hot
