Farfelle Pasta with Soy Bean and Basil

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Farfelle Pasta(heaped)
1 cup frozen soy Beans
5 Green Beans
6-7 Brocolli Heads
1 tbsp Basil Leaf Paste
6-8 tbsp Reserved Pasta Water
3 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil

Method

1. Cook Beans, Soy Beans and Broccoli with little salt
2. In the Same water cook the Farfelle Pasta with little salt as mentioned in the Pack
3. Reserve 7-8 tbsp of the pasta Water and drain the pasta and wash with cold water immediately
4. Grind 1/3 of the cooked Soy bean with Basil and reserved pasta water to a smooth paste
5. In a Saute Pan add 1 tbsp olive oil, add the crushed garlic then the paste and the pasta
6. Mix well as the full pasta get completely coated with the Soypaste
7. Add vegetables and pepper and salt according to taste
8. Serve immediately.
