Mango Kulfi


1 Mango Pulp
7 oz Evaporated Milk
7 oz Condensed Milk
1/2 cup whole milk+1 tbsp Butter(melted)
3 Green Cardamom
1/4 tsp Corn Starch
1/4 tsp saffron powdered
1/4 cup badam/pistas/cashew(soaked in hot water and peeled off skin)

Method

Blend everything together in blender for 3 mins
pour in kulfi cones or glass cup or dixie cup cover with foil and freeze for nearly 8 hrs

Note
the original recipe from USMasala blog, calls for 1/2 cup Half-n-half
and i replaced with wholemilk and butter
