Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
For Dough
1/4 tsp dry active yeast
1 cup bread flour(i used all purpose flour)
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp sugar/honey

For topping
red onion
chicken
Parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
tomato sauce
olive
dried herbs

Note : Toppings are for our own choices..can use to your choices..

Method

1. place 1/2 cup lukewarm water in a bowl
2. sprinkle in the yeast, stir and let it sit for 5 mins
3. add flour and salt and knead for approximately 10 mins
4. add warm water as of needed and need dough to form into a soft ball
5. divide the flour into 4 equal parts for smaller pizza or into 2 for a bigger one
6. place in a floured sheet and place in a plastic bag, tie loosely and refrigerate overnight(i kept for 8 hrs)
(before 2 hours baking take out the dough from refrigerator )
7. preheat oven at 500 d for 30 mins
8. meanwhile roll the dough into a thin crust and layer with tomato sauce,onion,olive,chicken,cheese and herbs
9. bake for 8-10 mins or till browned, and serve immediately
