Ingredients
1/2 cup Rava/Sooji
1/4 cup rice flour
1 green chilli
1/2 tsp jeeragam/cumin
1 tbsp curd/yogurt
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/2 of a onion,chopped finely
curry leaves, coriander leaves
salt to taste
2-3 tbsp oil for frying in paniyaram pan
Method
1. Mix all together in a bowl except oil with water
2. add few drops of oil in pan and pour the prepared batter to fill 3/4 of the pan hole
3. turn on the other side and let it cook and serve hot
