Mango Custard

Ingredients

1 cup milk
2 tbsp corn flour
2- 2 1/4 cups Mango pulp
2 tbsp sugar
few strands of saffron
(can add any of these or all of these fruits)
Banana 1/2
kiwi 1/2
cantaloupe 4 pieces
red grapes 3
green grapes 3
apple 3piece
jelly 3 piece

Method

1. In a skillet, mix milk and corn flour without any lumps
2. on stove top in medium heat keep stirring the milk continuosly
3. when it forms into a thick custard pour mango pulp, sugar and saffron and keep stirring untill it mixes well, for 2-3 mins
4. remove from stove and let it cool
5. refrigerate for 4-6 hours
6. mix in fruits and serve cold
