Bajji

Ingredients

1 Cup Besan Flour
2 tbsp ricce flour
3/4 tbsp red chilly powder or to taste
a pinch of baking soda
salt to taste
1/2 of a big potato
oil for frying

Method

1. Slice potato in circle as thin as possible
2. Prepare batter with besan, rice flour, salt,soda and chilly powder with approximately 1/2 cup and little more water
3. The batter shouldn't be too thick or too thin, it must coat one layer when potato slice is been tossed with batter
4. heat oil in a pan and drop the coated potatoes and fry.
5. it will puffed up and turn to other side and when its golden orange remove from oil
6. Serve hot
