Creamy Vegetable Chowder



Ingredients

2 tbsp Butter
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped carrot
1 potato(microwaved and peeled, chopped)
1 cup broccoli
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 cup chicken broth(can substitute with bullions)
1 tbsp corn starch
1/2 cup water
2 kart swiss cheese

Method
1. Melt butter in large soup pot
2. Add onion,garlic and carrot and saute until tender
3. Add chicken broth & potato, bring to boil
4. Mix flour with water, add and simmer until the soup thickens
5. Add milk & broccoli and cook until tender and sopu is heated thorough
6. Stir in cheese, allow to melt and serve
