Cheesey Potato Cutlet

Ingredients
1 Potato(boiled)
1 small garlic clove
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
2/3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
2 slices swiss cheese
2 scallions
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
parsley or cilantro few strands
pepper for taste

Method

1. Mince Scallion
2. Grate Garlic
3. Grate boiled potatoes(cold)
4. Combine flour, salt and baking powder
5. Crack egg in there and pour in the milk. stir until its lump-free
6. Stir in garlic, season with pepper, crumble in the cheese and add scallion
7. Stir in grated potato, chop cilantro and add to it and mix well
8. Heat some butter in a skillet and lay as cutlet and bake on both sides
