Poha Potato Cutlet

Ingredients

1/2 cup Poha
1 Potato medium sized
2 small onion
1 green chilly
1/4 tsp gingergarlic paste
salt to taste
breadcrums/fine rava for crusting
oil for shallow frying

Method

1. Soak poha for 30 mins
2. boil potatoe
3. In a wide bowl, mash potato, squeeze out the water from poha and add it to potato
4. add in chilly, ginger garlic paste, salt and onion and mix well and check for taste
5. roll into balls and flatten into cutlet inbetween your palm and roll over in bread crumbs to coat fully
6. Heat a tawa with oil and drop in cutlets with oil and toast on both sides until golden brown to dark brown
7. serve hot with ketchup.
